Potential PVP due to farming spot being within workshop area (sneaking hides you from the world map) (Please kill all creatures in an area for the next person to have respawns!) Legend This is suspected to also apply to festive scorched and treasure hunter mole miners. The per-character lockout will prevent a character from spawning a randomized world object, but won’t prevent them from looting one spawned by other characters.Ĭreatures won’t respawn unless all creatures in the area have been killed. Randomized world objects such as plans/recipes, magazines, bobbleheads, clothing, and power armor, as well as pre-war food and Nuka-Cola, are not guaranteed to spawn, but instead have a chance to spawn whenever a fresh character enters the area. A character must loot enough new things to push old things off the list, before the old things become available again. Each character has a list of 250 most-recently-looted world objects and containers. The per-character lockout is based on a history list, instead of time. Flora are private loot, and have a per-character lockout. ( Excavator power armor increases yield from 1 to 4 for all mineral veins except uranium and ultracite increases yield from 1 to 2 for uranium.) Mineral veins are private loot, and have a per-character lockout. Resource producers, and the collection containers in “Breach and Clear” event, are public loot. Items transferred into a container become public loot. Containers are private loot, and have a per-character lockout. Pre-placed creature corpses are considered containers. Things can also have a per-world respawn, during which it won't be available on that world. Things can have a per-character lockout, during which it won't be available to that character, but will be available to other characters. Public loot is lootable by only one person. Private loot is separate for each person.
